ConceptBase License Agreement for 3 Months Evaluation

Evaluation License Agreement concerning the use of the deductive object base manager ConceptBase, subsequently called the system, between:

subsequently called the licensee, and Prof. Dr. Matthias Jarke (Lehrstuhl Informatik V, RWTH Aachen, Germany), the licensor.

This license holds for a period of 3 months starting from the time of accepting the agreement on this form.
The licensor grants the licensee the right to use the system for her employees or students on arbitrary computers for evaluation, research, and teaching purposes. The licensee has no right to use the system neither for commercial purposes, nor for any purpose serving military interests. License fees for commercial usage are available upon request.
The licensee will advise any enquirers for this software to contact the licensor directly. The licensee has no right to pass system and/or documentation to third parties.
The licensor does not guarantee for the correctness or suitability of the system (software as well as documentation), and does not take responsibility for any damages, direct or indirect, that may be caused by the system.
The licensor has no obligation to maintain the system or to provide user support.
If the licensee has got source code of the system, too, this includes the right to adapt the system to special requirements. In this case, the modified software will become subject of this license agreement.
If results and experiences of the work with the system are published by the licensee, the licensee will make copies of these papers available to the licensor.
The licensor has the right to revoke the license.
