Seminar WS05/06: Data Integration in Life Science Informatics
This seminar will discuss recent approaches to data integration with a
focus on the application in life science informatics (LSI). Especially in
LSI, data is available in multiple heterogeneous sources, but it has to be
integrated in a coherent and comprehensive way.
Organization
The seminar will be held in a compact form on two days at the end of
January/beginning of February 2006. In preparation of the presentation and
the seminar work, students have to hand in their intermediate results.
