the IEEE Learning Object Metadata
(LOM) Standard.

Installation Notes
- Download LOMEditor.zip
- Extract the contents
of the zip file to your hard-drive

To run
the application, locate and double-click the LOMEditor.jar file.
Alternatively, you can run it via command-line: java
-jar LOMEditor.jar (Requires Java 1.5)
