Master Program Software Systems Engineering

Welcome to the website of the Software Systems Engineering (SSE) master program offered by the Department of Computer Science of RWTH Aachen University. A brief overview of the SSE master program is provided on the RWTH Aachen University website.

  • This two year (four semesters) master's program is especially for international students (but not limited to), holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field from an internationally recognized university. 
  • The program is completely taught in English, i.e. no German language proficiency is required.
  • The program only starts in winter terms that begin in October.
  • The deadline of the application for admission for most international applicants is 1st of March of the corresponding year. The application for admission page informs about the application deadlines, requirements, and process in more detail.
